  1. All of it I think.  If it's warm and humid for example, the sun can cause the weather to become stormy.  But the conditions have to be just right like with the right amount of moisture in the air.  This makes more localized rain and storms.

    Another way is when a moist warm front collides with a dryer cold front and that can touch off the state-wide larger storms.  If there's a lot of moisture in the warm front, look out.

    You can have a low pressure system, but if there isn't much moisture in the air, there won't be any rain.


  2. Weather is caused by the interactions of the Sun,water and airmasses.Fronts,low and high pressure areas can be created by the interactions of the the above three factors.
