Weather king ac not working at all

Question

We went out for a couple hours and came back to no ac. The unit is off as well as the thermostats upstairs and downstairs. We checked the fuses and they weren't off. We tried to reset them, but it didn't work. We are new homeowners and have no clue what to do next.
