if the weather man says 50% chance of rain...

does it mean 50% of the area will be rained on or 50% of rain will fall????

i think it is the amount of rain that falls...

my family is getting annoyed by this question!!! LOL

it means there will be a 50% chance that it will rain. land coverage doesnt matter unless there is a chance of flooding.
