have gas furnice weatherking model #wgph-10 amer ser#df5d302f349802355 fan won't turn off, heatwon't turn on; checked 24 volt at tstat to green no volts auto 24 -on 110 out of fan concection no 110 out of furn or cool outputs on contol board. tsat all 24 vac ok
