Web Cams That Record?

Question

What web cams record (like so you can load up videos to you tube or something?) Not the ones that are used for live chat, the ones that record video (like a camcorder.)

webcams are pretty much all the same.  What you are looking for is the software that manages the images coming from the webcam.  You can do live chat with yahoo IM, but the software that comes with the webcam should let you record video.  The only difficulty with that is if you wanted to drag the camera around with you in which case you don't need a webcam you need a video camcorder.

Most webcams nowadays record. Yes, they are used for live chat, but usually when you install it, it adds some form of program onto your computer that you can load up and record videos with. I can't tell you what kind of camcorders would work, but almost every webcam does that. Sorry if this isn't any help.
