like how do i make it move and have sound n stuff like that and what program would i use.

That particular abomination is created using Flash technology....

Not that I am tellin ya what to do, I just can't stand websites that make unexpected noise. Oh and of course...when someone without Flash views that site, they see a big ol white space where the content goes.

But yeah. Flash...not really much I can tell you about how, you just gotta get into it.
