I really want to make a .co.uk website for free, but it seems all the websites you have to pay to get a .co.uk domain, anyone got any websites where you can get it for free?

You can find places that will host your website for free but you will have to pay for your domain name no matte where you go.

No, you can't get any domains for free (though you can get certain suffixes like .info pretty cheap). Sorry.

You can't get it for free, anything offering it for free is a scam.

that means the hosting company would need to pay the fees for the domain name being registered with icaan lists etc.. you can buy a domain name for a few quid, and host it from your pc but i wouldnt advise this unless u know how to do IIS and firewall security.
