how do i delete them? the urls/addresses that i don't need? thanks.

You can't delete specific ones, you have to delete them all.

Clear Internet History.

Open inet options in the control panel and hit the clear history tab to dump all of it. Hit view above and enter explorer bar and hit history to show it. Right click items you don't want and delete them one at a time.
