Web browsing on Wii?

is there a free web browser available? one that can maybe be used with homebrew?

if not, is there any way to load opera for free?

you can do a lot of things on the wii, but i am not too sure if you can do that but u can web browse on the ps3, psp, and iPod touch

I thought the latest update was supposed to have wiped out the homebrew applications, seeing as they are illegal and no there is no way to get it for free just buy its not expensive.
