In the future please provide more information, like what you intend to use it for, the setup/computer you are going to use it on - as this is all important information to take into account when suggesting a certain product.

A good webcam can cost anywhere from $15-40 dollars depending on the resolution and any other features that you want to include such as autofocus, zoom, motors etc.

That said, I would have to start by recommending the Logitech brand. I have had multiple models of thier webcams and have suggested many other of my family members to purchase thiers. We all love our Logitech webcams (I don't work for them haha). They have very durable camera constructions as I have dropped mine tens of times and it still works. The resolution is above-par for the industry and the price is reasonable and the software that is bundled with it is very user friendly. You are paying a little more for the brand name versus a no-name brand but it's worth it.
