Web camera?? not working?

i bought a technika sh-8360 camera, which is great for photos, i used to use it as a web cam on my last pc, but my new pc wont let it work, iv put the cd in and installed it, but no picture. any help. im using yahoo messenger it used to work.. my pc now is ten times better..

May be your new pc is Vista as buddha said try to download the new drivers from the camera website for vista.

You might try reinstalling the messenger.  I had that problem with my laptop.  It didn't recognize the software.  Uninstall the software and the messenger.  The, install the web cam software first and then the messenger.  Good Luck!

I had the same problem. Was your last computer an XP? New one's Vista? If so, just check on the make of your camera's site. Lot of product sites have driver downloads made compatible for Vista.
