Web desiger interested to form a partnership in starting a business. i have ideas for a music based site.?

Any one in India, bangalore.... I have ideas for a site based on attracting music lovers. But i need someone to design a site and a number features. I cannot promise any money in advance. So im looking for web designers willing to venture. Any one with music interest and also willing to split the costs.

from past one year I am freelancing the webdesigning with programing and as well as with editors. Off cource am a music lover... Regarding the cost sharing, as am also a music lover and also an music artist(classical instrumentalist) and want do some thing new with music. I ll be happy to share 50% of the cost.
