Web design color help?

I am a newbie web designer, just getting into building my first sites. I have no problem with the coding aspect, but I am not naturally talented when it comes to choosing the best, most dynamic web site colors. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good online tutorial or something to help me with this. Are there any color rules that might help me know which colors work the best with each other? Thanks for any suggestions!

All web safe colors, codes, and about anything else you want. If you are using dreamweaver it will also tell you safe and not safe colors. Of course its based really on monitor contrasts no matter what it will appear darker on some then others.
