Web hosting company??

ok, I had a company which was great b/c i used adobe cs3.....it has crashed for a 2nd time..now i am using wordpress and they dont support php fantastico.... i need a hosting AFFILIATE company which has those three things..PLUS I can do the initial set up of the account on a MONTH TO MONTH plan because I will have it only for a few days because I am selling it. I need to be able to xfer it to someone else with like a paypal option or something...please help
