I'm making a page and having a trouble trying to post a picture from my comp to a web that I'm doing. How do you display a picture from your desktop pictures to the web.Do you need to put your pictures to like picture bucket or something?

yes upload them online somewhere and then change the properties of the pic within the web software to point the image to the location on the server.
