Web radio... so how do you record it?

OK... Im listening to I-tunes radio.. adn some of thse songs are kewl... and I was just wondering... if it was legal and that... how would you record some songs... you know... just say it is legal... how would you.....?

legality is something better reserved for the court system. i am computer illiterate, but i found something kind of cool.
