Web site on homestead help?

Is there anyway to get rid of the thing on the bottom of the page that says "Web site designed & hosted by Maui Tranquility Massage and Spa © 2008 at Homestead™" ? also if want to leave homestead at anytime am I able to keep my web site address?

Read your terms of service to see if you are permitted to remove it. They may have set it up so you have no choice.

If you own the domain name, you can take it with you when you go. If your domain name has "homestead" in it anywhere, then you can't.
