Webcam and video?

would say a 20 or $30 webcam take good quality video from the t.v.? (I want to record me playing a few video games)

Personally, I don't think so, it would really depend on the brand. Do you want the people watching the videos to be able to make out clear items of the game your playing??

Sonic...I'm technically challenged but I'd like to know the answer as well. I want to set up a remote webcam from my Mac laptop to my kitchen.

I think I have a ghost in the house. Well, I actually saw one by my microwave as it was fading. A neon blue cloud that my cat had been watching. I turned around to see it leaving and am still kicking myself. He wasn't fizzed up at all so it had to be something benign.

I'd like to set it up to either film or shoot every three seconds or so. I'm not crazy, I promise. I would have thought it was my imagination except for the fact that my cat heard it, walked over to the edge of the couch and had been watching.
