Webcam connection?

I have a VuPoint 100K Pixel Digicam and whenever I plug it in it says cant connect to video capture device.I reinstalled the cd for it & it still wont work

any ideas?

  1. go to "control panel" then to "printers and other hdwre" then to "scanners and cams" and be sure u have your new cam set as "default cam"
