Webcam help TEN POINTS?

OKay, I have one of those microsoft life cams. it says when i try to go to it "plug into usb port, then adjust audio and video settings. On the life cam menu, click click adio and video settings. In the wizard, select mircrophone and webcam.

My questions are, wheres the USB port, wheres the life cam menu, and wheres the wizrdd?
