i got an hp webcam and it was working very well, good quality picture and everything, and then one day it just stopped working. when i plug it in the light doesnt turn on and it says the device you plugged into the usb port has malfunctioned. i dont know what to do i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, troubleshooting, restarting the computer, and plugging it into different USB ports. it's still not working! please help me i love my webcam and video chat is the way me and my friends communicate when we're not together. this really means a lot to me so if you have any answers please post themm !
