Webcam isn't working at all

Question

I bought my pavilion dv6000 laptop, and it was in Russian language. When I installed the English version of Windows vista 64bit, my webcam immediately stopped working. Im sorry to say that; I have performed all the neccessary tasks both installing and uninstalling the webcam and updating to a newer version and installing the acer webcam driver.... so so so everything still remains thesame. I test the webcam both with Youcam and Quickplay .......... Thanks if any possible solution
