how do i take a picture of my friends webcam to download it ? he wants me to put it on his profile on a dating site

Why doesn't your friend capture his own pic from his own web cam? All web cams have that capability.  It doesn't even make sense that he has someone else do it.  He should read the instructions that came with his cam, or just investigate the drop down menus when he's using it.
