Webcam problems on AIM?

Question

I have a Logitech camera attatched to my PC and my friend just got a new Dell Laptop witha a camera built in. She jsut downloaded AIM onto it, and when I hit "Video Conversation", I could see/ hear her, but she could only hear me- no video. Then when SHE started the conversation, we both could only hear each otehr, no visual at all.

Her camera is ON, and it has worked before when she records video on it, but this is teh first online video converation that we've tried... does anyone have any suggestions?
