Webcam wont work on msn?

Question

i bought a mikomi 5mp webcam and i have installed the disc and rebooted etc but it says on msn in webcam settings that it cannot recognise the camera. how do i fix this i have the latest msn and msn plus i havent got a firewall turned on. what could the problem be please help its driving me nuts

2.accesories
