There is absolutly no where for me to purchase a charm anywhere within a 200 mile radious of my house and i really want access to the charm forest................BUT i went on vacation and i went in a store and they had ONE LEFT...and i bought it...YAY!!!!!>>>>>>.BUT the code was used...lerqiegfb!!! when i told webkinz.....well i dont know that they care because...they NEVER got back......

&& i know i can order them offline but i have no way to.....i have no credit or debit card...n nobody will let me pay them back.....

Feature Codes are found on certain Webkinz Plus products (look for the W plus sign on the product). For more information, please check out the Code Catalogue in the Code Shop.

To use a Feature Code, go to the Code Shop and type in the sixteen character code the space provided. Click the "unlock" button to reveal your prize.

Once you unlock a feature code there are a variety of items which you can receive. Features such as; Special items, Kinzcash and Special features to use in Webkinz World can be won. Please note that ALL PRIZES ARE RANDOMLY SELECTED and there is NO GUARANTEE that you will get a specific prize when you enter a Feature Code in the code shop. To find out more, please check out the Code Catalogue in the Code Shop.

No, you cannot use a Feature Code more than once.

If your Feature Code doesn't work, please be sure you are typing it in correctly. If you get a message that tells you that your code is retired, it will no longer work. If you get a message that says the code does not exist, then it cannot be used in the feature code shop. If you would like us to investigate, please mail us your code to:

When you purchase a Webkinz plush toy you receive a Secret Code. You get a Feature Code with all Webkinz Plus products. Please note that you will not be able to enter a Secret Code in the Code Shop or a Feature Code in the Adoption Center.

Once you have unlocked your prize in the feature code shop, it will be added directly to your dock.
