Webkinz Gecko has weird panda looking things on him?

Question

I try to wash my gecko in the bathroom sink and there's little panda looking things on his chest. I tried to wash it off, that didn't work, and Dr. Quack didn't say anything. Is this normal?

that's weird. if i had a gecko i'd see if it's for me too. maybe it's a glitch like that black spot an the persian cat?
