Webkinz Gecko question?

My friend got a Webkinz Gecko and when she would open up her bathroom sink, there would be three little panda things on his chest. She tried washing it off, and taking him to Dr. Quack but nothing happened. Is this normal?

I know that that isn't normal!Sometimes I get glitches when I am on webkinz and usually the way to make them go away is to not 'JUMP' into the room but just walk into it. once there go and play something for a while, come back, walk out and then back in. This has worked for me 3 times, although there is one time that it hasn't. Oh and does the panda like things look like the little design that is on the facecloth? If it is maybe the problem is just your computer.
