Webkinz Problem?

The kids i babysit love to play on webkinz. One of them was whining on how her phone thing wouldn't work. i pressed power and it wouldn't come on. but the little phone in the coner was green.... Any ideas?

The phone is trying to come on. Just go to 'Things To Do' an click on 'Clubhouse'. Once the page loads your cell phone will be turned on into a zone. =)

All you have to do is press power, and If that doesn`t work, look at the do not disturb thing button, and if it is yellow, or grey, press it a couple of times, then click power after it changes color.

Oh, I have 13 webkinz. This happens alot. Just click it agian a couple of times. Sometimes the server list cannot load or all servers are full.
