Webkinz club house question.... ?

Question

whenever i enter the club house (today august 15) it keeps on showing up and its only pale blue for the background. and its not working my friends work witch is wierd. did i do something wrong? or is it my computer! but i tried it on three computers already and its still isnt working! should i wait or will i never get in to the club house again

My son had this problem and we found out that it was because his connection was either to slow at that point in time or because there were too many people on at the same time.
