Webkinz help, gift sent but not received?

Question

My mom (yes, mom) and my son play Webkinz and both have i.d.'s. My mom sent my son her swimming pool last Saturday through the Kinz Post, and he has still not received it. I cannot find out how to contact Webkinz to find out where it is. He only has 2 things on his tray, so I know it's not stuck there.

Any ideas?

If she sends something small to him it will activate the Kinzpost and he will receive both items. =)

no but that happend to my friend she sent a pet of the month badge and it was gone

have him send her something like food or something small. then it will activait webkinz's kinz post for him and he'll get it
