Webkinz problem?...?

Question

When I go on webkinz w/ my little sis it doesn't work. the place where you type in webkinz.com (i 4got the name) changes to http://www.webkinz.com/SWF/setLocale.swf?locale=us_en what does that mean? can i fix it?

I've had the same problem. Go to the customer service button and at the top there should be a play button.

If you can't get onto webkinz.com try webkinz.ca

It might make a difference?

well then it changes to the home page.....

try :http://www.webkinz.com/us_en/

or plain :http://www.webkinz.com/

the site you typed in, is the same as these sites above.

its ok that it comes up to that site it is the same thing that happens to me to nd webkinz works jus fine :]

if you click on the link, it comes up with the normal login page.  atleast i think its normal, i havnt really been to that website...  i dont understand your problem.

I don't exactly get your problem. When I click on the link it goes to the homepage. You may want to try to download the latest directx.
