Webkinz! silver necklace around my pet and then dissapears!?

In webkinz when i log in i see a silver necklace around my pet's neck and then it dissapears after about 2 seconds. I also have 26329 kinzcash. Does the amount of money have to do with that or not what is this has anyone else experienced this?
