I think that you can just get an underwater room if you purchase a Fantail Goldfish or Manatee and it is one of your first ten pets. I don't know how you can buy an underwater room. I really don't think that you can buy an underwater room. If you can I would like to know how.

You can buy an Underwater room with 1000 kinz cash. You have to buy the goldfish or the mantee webkinz pet in order to do so. I have an underwater room an it is the coolest thing ever, everyone should have one!

well, first you have to get a fish or manatee. Then you automatically get a room if it's under your 10th pet. You can buy the underwater rooms for 1000 Kinzcash. I got the fantail goldfish and it is so cool.

If you adopt a water pet (goldfish, manatee) and it's one of your first 10 pets, then you automatically get a water room.  If you want to purchase a water room it is 1,000 kinz cash.  I have a water room, and you can put anything in a water room you can put in a regular room.  The water room is really cool.

eventually they will move the underwater room to the store for anyone to buy, but for now, you have to get a goldfish or manatee.
