  1. The sliding roof only covers the seating areas, not the pitch. It retracts to allow the best air movement and sunlight, so they don't have to relay the turf as often as some other premiership grounds.

  3. the curved roof dosent cover the pitch,but i do think it should cover the pitch because the pitch was so wet and it was liplaying mud football.they played in the rain because it was a realy important match and if they called it off they would have to give refunds and the crowd would be in uproar.they spent almost a £1,000,000,000 on that stadium it shold be in better condition.
