Website Issue Need FAST help(Admins Problems)

My town is working on getting a skate park and the guy who owns sewardskatepark.org is tired of working on the website and me and my friend are going to take over... how do I make it so I can access the Admin Panel from my computer he set up an account for me so I can also admin it but I dont know how to get in

(I have the password) but how do I access it?

This is the company that is hosting the website for Mr. Richards. You should be able to log in here and then access the admin panel for the website.
