Website Not Sending Purchased Product?

I ordered a pair of shoes 9 days ago, and I have not even reiceved an e-mail saying they have shipped them. All I have reiceived is a receipt for the order. I have also tried e-mailing them, but they don't respond. What should I do?

  1. Do they have a phone number you can try?

    Also, I know when I shop online, it's usually a company through Amazon. So if they don't send something and I can't get ahold of them, I contact Amazon. Is there something like that you can do as well?

    Good luck, I know its frustrating when you don't get what you pay for.
