trying to find the best bang for the buck on passenger tires for a Nissan Altima. Size of tire is 215/55/r17.

I wouldn't worry about the outlet that sells them, focus on the tire brand.first, then shop local for price. Lots of sales. BUT, make sure the tires are "FRESH and not 5-10 years old advertised as "NEW" dealers have new tires that have been in storage for a long time. check the date stamped on the tires.
