Website exposure?

I have a website,http://www.thelovefactor.co.uk and its been going now for two years ,and in that time has only had three members sign up ,can someone advise me as to how to best get my website noticed and if you think you can help and can show me the way,I could come to a deal with you on what the website takes when it starts earning,.But any advice is greatfully appreciated,.

have you done any SEO, (Search Engne Optimization) if not then this is what you should be doing you will need to write an article about the site and submit it to artizle websites such as Ezine. Have the link in your signiture and post in different forums people will then have an opurtunity to see your site and possibly join.
