Are there any websites for people who are going on the same cruise so they can talk with other passengers before the actual cruise?

Yes.  Cruise Critic has "Roll Call" boards.  You'll have to register with them to participate, but it's free.

cruisecritic.com is good. but it's for older people usually like adults. i don't know how old you are but if your older than me (17) try that. if your around my age and if you have a facebook or myspace try making a group.

I agree...I use cruisecritic.com for all sorts of information when planning a cruise; and then connecting with other cruisers before hand.Great site!!
