i need a website where you can select an area and get a list of plants and there uses an dangers that grow in that area.

Here you can filter by geography ( choose scientific or common name ):

For Alaska f.e. you get this site with 8653 records:

and for Acer glabrum e.g. plant guide, characteristics, distribution map etc:

If you live in another country use a search engine and look for flora+name of country, flowers or trees or endemics+name of country, whatever you are looking for.
