im looking for a place on the web that I can get a tattoo designed for me or a site that I could design my own tatt.

any suggestions?

You might want to browse through the Tattoo Johnny site for additional ideas.  They've got thousands of tattoos and you might find something already designed or at least find something that you could take with you to a tattoo studio and have revised.
