Website keeps refreshing by itself?

Whenever i click on another page of the forum it refreshes by itself and takes me back to the homepage.

Can you post a link to the forum? The only possible reason i can think of at the moment is that maybe it is using javascript, but linking to forum.com/page#, but the javascript might not work, so it just refreshes (# on its opwn could refresh if your browser doesn't work correctly). Check if javascript is disabled in your browser preferences.
