Website options, with or without the pics?

Keep the pics, but get rid of the google adsense. You don't want to distract potential clients with other links. You want to direct them to one thing only... buying your service.

I really liked the articles & information. It really shows that your an expert in your field. I think you should expand on it a little bit more.  

The black background color hurt my eyes to stare at the screen. Especially since it was black on white. Settle with neutral colors for the background.

Other than that your site looked great!
