Website reliability question? Joy Hip Hop?

Alright, so I stumbled upon this website called "Joy Hip Hop". I'm assuming the things (clothes) sold are fake, because of the prices, but I don't mind.

Has anybody used it before? I don't want to buy something and end up not getting it.
