Website still using my photo?

A casting website still has my profile photo on their page. I subscribed to the website about four years ago and the account is registered through my old email address (which has been long deleted) so I can't log in. I emailed the website and they still have not removed it. What should I do to get the picture removed?

  1. Threaten to sue them.


  2. Send a letter, saying if they do not remove your image with immediate effect  you will take them to court.
