Website submission?

Why is the website domain that I purchased from Yahoo, www.moneyfla.com, not able to be reached in a Yahoo search? It says that the website may not exist, can't be found, etc...

http://www.doggydomains.com has a product called traffic blazer that helps you optimize your pages for search engines and then submits them.  I think it's only like $15 a year.
