Website that can trace phone numbers for free?

i've been getting phone calls by a certain number and i want to know who it is. i want something that gives me the name and adress or at least the name for free

Hmm...its called a reverse phone search. I only know of one that works for home #'s  and its       http://daplus.us/                    u can try that cellular u just google reverse cellular phone search, but ik u have 2 pay...Hope i helped  :p
