Website that shows street maps and the miles you ran?

Question

I heard there is a website where you can make your own route and it gives the miles. I havent found it though so if anyone knows what I'm talking about please post the site. Thanks

It's the USA track and field website. Just click on "America's Running Routes." It's really easy, you just type in your zip code, then you can zoom in to see where your starting point is, and then just make your route from there.

The program that works best for me is Google Earth. When you download it (which only takes a minute) you click on the icon that looks like a ruler. Then you can set a path along the digital map and it measures how many miles it is.
