it sounds like you are looking for online dressup games, not real dolls, right?  here are a few -- there are dozens.  One of the best places to check out is dressupgames.com -- they have links to all kinds of sites.  (Just make sure you supervise her when linking through to other sites.)

You can also find dressup games at places like stardoll, girlsense, cartoondollemporium.  I have to admit I like the Yahoo avatar in terms of making a "doll"  that looks like me!
